PUBLIC STATEMENT

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM WESLEY GUILD HOSPITAL, ILESA

The Management of Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, a unit of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife acknowledges recent concerns raised regarding a patient’s care experience at our facility. We deeply value feedback from our community and recognize the importance of addressing all concerns with diligence and transparency.

While our hospital operates under infrastructural constraints such as limited power supply—an issue we are actively working to resolve—we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing quality and dignified healthcare.

In response to the issues raised, we are implementing enhanced service monitoring and resource management protocols to ensure optimal patient care. Our management team is also engaging relevant stakeholders to fast-track improvements in power and facility maintenance.

We wish to reassure our community that Wesley Guild Hospital remains dedicated to upholding its long-standing legacy of excellence in healthcare delivery. We encourage constructive dialogue through our SERVICOM Unit, where patient concerns can be addressed promptly and effectively.

Thank you for your continued trust and support as we work to enhance healthcare services for everyone.

Signed,

Oluwakemi M. Fasoto,

Head Corporate Services,

For: Management.
