The Management of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, recently received a delegation from Nigeria Connects, a non-governmental organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with local offices in Ibadan and other parts of the country.

The Chief Medical Director, Prof. John Okeniyi, alongside the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee, Prof. Josephine Eziyi, warmly welcomed the representatives during their visit to the hospital.

As part of its commitment to improving healthcare delivery and medical education in Nigeria, Nigeria Connect donated 70 cartons of medical books to the hospital. The donation was directed to and delivered at one of the hospital’s key units, the Wesley Guild Hospital Library, Ilesa.
