In a landmark event underscoring faith-driven philanthropy and healthcare development, the Enoch–Folu Adeboye Dialysis Center was officially commissioned on Wednesday, 24th July, 2025, at Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, a unit of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC). The modern facility, donated by His Love Foundation, the charity arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), was established in celebration of the 77th birthday of Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye, wife of the General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.

The Chief Medical Director of OAUTHC, Prof. John Okeniyi, described the donation as a profound demonstration of love and commitment to humanity. He highlighted OAUTHC’s national leadership in gynae-oncology, immunohistochemistry, and successful open-heart surgeries, achievements made possible through years of support from Ijesa indigenes worldwide. He expressed deep appreciation to RCCG for the center and assured that the building and equipment would be properly maintained. He also appealed for further support, especially in the form of consumables, to sustain patient care.

He thanked the Osun State Government, the people of Ijesaland, and the OAUTHC community for their cooperation and support in bringing the project to life. Similarly, the RCCG’s National Coordinator for Christian Social Responsibility (CSR), represented by Assistant Coordinator Pastor Bayo Olugbemi, disclosed that this is the 13th dialysis center established by RCCG nationwide. He added that the Church’s CSR efforts over the past eight years have directly impacted over 207 million Nigerians, with more than ₦110 billion invested in various social initiatives.
