The Management of the OAUTHC, Ile-Ife deems it necessary to issue further public statements regarding the illegal recruitment and job racketeering under the year 2022 OHCSF-Waiver and ongoing efforts to resolve the ugly saga.
Given the crisis created by some interested parties, the Federal Ministry of Health & Social Welfare, Abuja has taken over the conduct and conclusion of this recruitment exercise.
Consequently, candidates are to note that details for the conduct of the suitability test will be announced shortly.
The Management of the OAUTHC condemns the ongoing campaign by some individuals and groups to damage the reputation and integrity of the Institution and its Principal Officers.
They keep resorting to cyberbullying, fetish practices, and abusive language that are unacceptable in public service.
These malicious actors continue to spread harmful and deliberately false information to the Public, disrupting the smooth operation of the Hospital, and endangering the lives and safety of the Staff and Key Management Officers.
The Management urges these people and their handlers to desist from further unlawful and unethical actions immediately.
Anyone with legitimate complaints or concerns should address them to the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and the relevant law enforcement agencies, instead of blackmailing and threatening to take the law into their hands.
The Management appeals to all law enforcement agencies to intervene promptly and decisively to protect the Populace, Patients, Staff, and Management of the OAUTHC from further harassment and violence.
The OAUTHC remains committed to providing excellent tertiary healthcare services to the entire Nigerian Populace, especially the Ife-Ijesa Community.
